Surprise Rafters RosterDavis, Moustakas, Kennedy Top 2009 Arizona Fall League Squad
Mets first baseman Ike Davis, Kansas City third baseman Mike Moustakas and big league pitchers Matt Harrison and Ian Kennedy top the Surprise Rafters roster for the AFL.
New York Mets star first baseman prospect Ike Davis is probably the biggest name for the Surprise Rafters roster for the 2009 Arizona Fall League. But there are other big names to follow on the Rafters, including Kansas City third baseman Mike Moustakas and Rangers lefty Matt Harrison and Yankees right-hander Ian Kennedy, the last two who pitched in the Major Leagues this past season. A big prospect for the pitching staff will be Texas righty Tanner Scheppers, who will be making his debut after getting drafted from Fresno State.
